The cylinder block is one of the main structures of the breaker, responsible for bearing the hammer head, piston and other key components to ensure their stable operation.
It provides necessary support for various moving parts inside the breaker, enabling the entire breaker to operate efficiently and orderly.
Force transmission:
The cylinder block is equipped with structures such as cams and camshafts inside. Through the rotation of the cams, the piston is driven to move up and down inside the cylinder block, generating tremendous impact force.
This force is transmitted to the hammer head through the cylinder block, achieving the crushing of hard materials such as rocks and concrete.
Cooling and heat dissipation:
The cylinder block is usually equipped with water pipes inside for cooling the cylinder block and reducing its temperature.
This helps prevent the cylinder block from overheating due to long-term operation, thus extending its service life.
High strength and wear resistance:
The cylinder block is usually made of high-strength alloy steel material, which has high compressive strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
